How do I become a Member of TENDENCY?
Choose your membership level according to the desired performance. Click on the button “become a member” (German: Mitglied werden). Follow the process.
How does the registration process work?
- Visit the “Join Us” page where the different types of membership are explained.
- Choose a membership level.
- From this page you can decide which membership option.
- Choose a Membership, then make a payment by clicking on the payment button for the appropriate membership: “Mitglied werden” (“Become a member”).
- Once the Payment is confirmed, the system will create the appropriate membership account for this you.
- You will receive an email that contains a “unique” link to complete the registration.
- Whenyou click on that link in the email it will let them choose a “username” and “password” and complete the registration. At this point you can log into the site.
When will my subscription expire?
Private membership ends after one year. Business membership ends on May 31, 2026. You can view these details by logging into your account. Once logged in, you’ll be able to see the status of your subscription, and update your personal details. We will notify you via email when your subscription is due for renewal. Your subscription will not renew automatically.
How can I cancel my membership?
At any time. Log into your account. Once logged in, scoll down to (German: Konto loeschen) , click on delete my account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal (Credit/Debit Card included).
I'm having trouble logging into my account. What should I do?
Check that you have entered your subscription username and password correctly.
If you are still unsuccessful logging in, please contact our customer services team via email (email address in your welcome email). (Note: Press submissions to this address will be deleted immediately.)
What determines whether press releases are published or not?
The selection of press releases is based on the thematic relevance of our publications and compliance with certain formal and stylistic characteristics.
How does a "Promotional Extension" work?
The editorial team filters out relevant topics for the readers of TENDENCY from all submissions.
Advertising content is included in addition to the editorial presentation. The scope and design are the responsibility of the editorial team. The total value of the advertising publication is at least equal to the membership fee paid by Business+ members.
A promotion exceeding this value does not have to be remunerated again, but is the sole decision of the editorial team.
